4. Shipment Tracking & Confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Dhoyin Couture is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If the tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier and your local post office to inquire about the package. We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered."
6. Incorrect Shipping Address

The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and the cost of re-shipping the package to the correct address.
